breath and relaxation
mindfulness

I grew up in a small, quiet place outside the center of Feldkirchen an der Donau. But, we were surrounded by forest and meadows and I was able to move freely in nature. Exercising in nature still plays a big role for me today!
As a mother of two kids, as an host and a member of various voluntary offices, there are times when the mountain that needs to be overcome seems insurmountable! Nowadays many are burdened with worries and existential fears and have lost touch with nature, their roots and themselves!

Through my training as a cert. Breath- and Relaxation Coach and cert. mindfulness trainer, I found ways to restore this connection!
I was overwhelmed how quickly and effectively short breathing exercises can work in stress situation! I noticed how good that is and I would share this experience with other people.

The secret of inner strength

Whether with mindfulness exercises or mountain sports - in the untouched mountains of Warth-Schröcken, exhausted people strengthen their own resilience and thus can bring more lightness and joy into their lives.

Adverse living conditions affect well-being. They drain you, rob you of your joy and even throw some people off track. But not all. More specifically, this topic is about how people react to crises or stress and how quickly they bounce back in track. The good thing is that you can train and learn. Where some exhaust themselves on summit tours and thus gather strength for the daily adversities, others want to strengthen their inner balance with mindfulness exercises. The untouched nature around Warth-Schröcken offers both ideal conditions.

Green represents powerful calm and serenity

If you are looking for peace and a break from usually life, this is the place for you. We are at over 1,500 meters above sea level. Offer a breathtaking mountain panorama, clean, almost pollen-free air, crystal-clear lakes and green alpine meadows. Incidentally, green is not only the color of hope, it is the color of flora and stands for growth, fertility and life. But also for powerful peace and serenity.

Inner balance in untouched nature

No wonder that there is no better place than nature itself to leave everyday life behind and work on one's own resilience. In the forest or in the mountains, the human nervous system reacts immediately. Stress hormones drop, blood pressure normalizes, people come to rest.

Sport for more resilience

Whether via ferrata, canyoning, adventure park, flying fox or wild water swimming - sport is a good way to regulate stress in your own system in a simple and effective way and to return to everyday life strengthened. Above all, endurance sports such as mountain hiking and trail running. Try the Outdoor BIG5. There's no more adventure!
