We built this house to experience this times for ourselves and we wish you, our guests, the same. We created a kind of home for you. This house is a lot like us: straightforward, honestly, traditional but also open to new, not to much odds-and-ends but feel-good-atmosphere.

You´ ll find our straightforward style at the gorgeous façade made of wood. A breath-taking view of the mountains are waiting for you! We are welcoming guests since the winter season of 2016/17.

Resilience, relaxation and mindfulness.

Whether with mindfulness exercises, meditation or mountain sports - in the untouched mountain world of Warth-Schröcken, exhausted people strengthen their own resilience and thus bring more lightness and joy into their lives. Who can claim their own personally certified breathing and relaxation coach and cert. mindfulness trainer as a host? You can! Use this opportunity, I'm happy to be there for you.

We offer a perfect location: Directly at the skiing route number 303, very close to the next bus station and around 500 m from the Steffisalp skiing lift. You can walk into the centre of Warth and also various restaurants are within walking distance. The ski locker is at the ground floor, there you also find a boot dryer – to make your stay as convenient as possible. After an amazing day in the nature you can relax in our sauna area and let the impressions of the day sink.

We even got our first seal of Quality. The "Privatvermieter Verband" awarded our house with 4 out of "4 Edelweiss". That means that the facilities as well as the ambience were rated as excellent.
