+ How can I book? Bookings are only possible in writing. Either directly by email (mail@bergzeit-arlberg.at) or via booking portals.
How can I pay? Card payments are not accepted. You can make a bank transfer for the deposit and remaining balance, or pay cash.
+ When can I check in? Check-in is available from 3:30 p.m..
+ When do I have to check out? Check-out latest by 9:00 a.m..
Is early check-in/late check-out possible? Check-in is from 3:30 p.m. and check-out is until 9 a.m. Depending on availability, earlier or later check-out may be possible. Please inquire directly with us before arrival or departure.
+ How far is it to the nearest lift? The Steffisalp Express is 500 meter away. A bus stop is approximately 80 meters away.
+ Is there a food service option? No. Bread rolls can be ordered from the Backstube Lech. Delivery is free. Prices for pastries and bread are available from Backstube Lech.
Are pets allowed? No.
Are weekly stays only possible? No. Shorter stays can only be booked short term and in subject to availability.
What are the booking and cancellation policies? The General Terms and Conditions for the Hotel Industry (AGBH 2006) apply.
+ Where can I park my car? There is an outdoor parking in front of the building.
Is a deposit required? Yes. A deposit of 30% of the total cost is required after booking.
+ Is there Wi-Fi in the house? Yes. Wi-Fi is available free of charge throughout the house.
+ How do I get the key? We welcome every guest personally whenever possible. We live in the house ourselves, you will receive the keys directly from us upon arrival.
Are bed linens and towels included? Yes. You will find fresh bed linens and towels in the apartments.
+ How does waste separation work? We separate waste paper, glass, packaging & aluminum, organic waste, and residual waste.
Is smoking allowed? No. This is a non-smoking house.
Are there any shops or restaurants nearby? Yes. Within a 1.5 km radius, you'll find several restaurants and a grocery store.
+ How does the final cleaning work? You hardly have to do anything. You only need to dispose the trash. We take care of the entire cleaning.
Is the building accessible for people with disabilities? No. The apartments are on the top floor and only accessible via stairs.
Is there a contact person on site? Yes. We live in the building ourselves and are happy to be reached in person or by phone.
